Henry Leo Bolduc is a Certified Hypnotherapist with over 35 years experience.  His specialties include past-life exploration and research. Henry is an internationally recognized speaker and he has presented workshops, retreats and seminars in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and several European countries.   His lifework has been based on the works of Dr. Milton Erickson and Edgar Cayce.

He is the author of several books:  Self-Hypnosis: Creating Your Own Destiny; The Journey Within: Past-Life Regression and Channeling; Your Creative Voice: Reaching and Teaching from Your Experience, Life Patterns, Soul Lessons & Forgiveness; and The A.R.E. Home Study Course in Self-Hypnosis.

In his book,  Your Creative Voice: Reaching and Teaching from Your Experience,  Henry tells us "I did not set out to be a writer and a teacher but my desire to share experiences and research gave me the courage to begin.  I had limited formal academic qualifications and English was not my first language. I was afraid to write because my inaccurate syntax, grammar, and punctuation might bring criticism and could detract from my work.   In addition, I was scared during my first few times in front of an audience.  Now, I have grown to love speaking (especially when conducting workshops), teaching, and writing.  In facing these challenges, realizing that writers face possible humiliation, I empowered myself to become a writer, speaker, and teacher.  In the process I have tried to encourage others."

Henry further states,  "You already have many  more skills than you realize. Develop and strengthen some of them. Add related skills. You will discover truths that you had not recognized. You will awaken potentials, maximize abilities, and discover hidden talents. Most of all, you will build courage - the courage to live life fully and to make miracles happen!"

Henry refers to Edgar Cayce who outlined a plan of action for individuals to follow, that is to get out and help others, "First the individual, then to groups, then to classes, then to the masses." Henry states,   "Many of us have worked diligently, from the heart, with individuals and groups for many years, even decades. We have taught classes, and workshops or have attended them. Now it's time for each individual to consider taking the next giant step into teaching the masses. It is time to master practical applications of higher consciousness through spirituality applied in everyday living."

It is Henry's belief that past-life studies are among the most important on-going research of our time. Work involving subconscious memory and regression is, perhaps, one of the greatest endeavors. His belief is that it will evolve into new careers, technologies, and startling discoveries.

Henry's work will be changing focus after June of this year.  He will continue presenting workshops until that time and will then center his work on Past-Life Therapy trainings. Two trainings are scheduled for each year in Virginia and in other countries as well.
